Bachelor's degree with a focus in Food Manufacturing and/or Regulatory Science or a related field preferred. Five years of progressive experience in a related position including food manufacturing the equivalent combination of education and training which indicates the ability to do the job. Resolute, capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience:
- Manage new products development projects from start to finish.
- Complete full project follow-up and completion of necessary project documents including recipe creation.
- Provide necessary technical support to vendors, customers and operations when problems occur with products.
- Participate in customers visits (when needed) and actively involved in the various projects of the R&D team and have close interaction with Sales, Operations and Quality teams.
- Assure development of internal and external customer’s relations and maintaining constant communication.
- Advise and support the sales team on technical and application matters.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal relation skills, strong analytical mind and flexibility as needed.
- Software knowledge of Word and Excel plus, Access.
