Our Free Flowing Certified Angus Beef USDA Prime Ground Beef allows the product to cook in a more even fashion and maintains the quality of the beef lost in tighter more condensed pack. With a 21 day shelf life, there is never an issue with freezing product. Each bag has a Use By/Freeze By Date, along with a Production Date, to ensure the you the customer are receiving the Freshest Product.
