Pre-portioned in 9 & 10 lb. boxes, Our World Renowned Blast Frozen Angus Beef Ground Chuck Patty are packed with finished products that are naturally Frozen in our Blast Freezer - No Gases or Chemicals used. There is Pattie Paper between each Pattie. This Product has a 12 month Shelf Life. Our Date of Production and Time of Production are Conveniently located on the Exterior of the Box
