Quality Assurance Technician
Description:
The ability to plan, organize and direct manpower to meet food safety, quality requirements, and ensure food safety-quality goals are met;
Coach, motivate, train and effectively supervise the quality parameters in all areas of production;
Coordinate with others as appropriate to solve quality-related problems and issues;
Ensure adherence to proper quality, safety, and sanitation regulations and policies/procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices;
Actively identify and initiate process improvements to positively impact product quality and customer satisfaction of the facility.
Recommends, and implements measures to improve equipment performance, and over-all quality of product.
Familiar with laboratory procedures and best practices
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified
Ability to build relationships at all levels and maintain a positive working environment;
Language Skills:
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Strong interpersonal skills
